By engaging Medconsult LLC ("we", "our" or "us") for healthcare consulting services, you ("Client") agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.

 

Our services are provided based on the specific scope defined in the consulting agreement, and any modifications to this scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

 

You commit to providing accurate and complete information necessary for the effective delivery of services.

 

Payment for services rendered is due as per the agreed-upon schedule, and late payments may incur additional charges.

 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary and sensitive information, in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

 

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as specified in the contract.

 

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

 

These terms are governed by the laws of PA, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in PA.
